HydroTest is a free statistical analysis site for comparing observed (ie expected) and modelled (ie forecast or predicted) time series data produced by hydrological systems. The site can also be used for non-hydrological applications if you wish to compare two data sets.

Statistics that are calculated include the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), Mean Squared Relative Error (MSRE), R-squared, Coefficient of Efficiency, Mean Absolute Error (MAE), etc.
